Retrieve a valuation contract and return it as an OCF JSON object.
Parameters

  The LedgerJsonApiClient instance
- params: GetValuationAsOcfParams
  Parameters containing the contract ID
Returns Promise<GetValuationAsOcfResult>
The valuation data in OCF format along with the contract ID
